Project Name: Stranger Things Poster
For: Friend’s Birthday Gift
Description: This painting took longer than most of my other work because the proportions of the kids to the monster were really difficult. I think it turned out okay in the end and the shading of the monster looks good. One of the biggest lessons I learned from this painting was don’t wait till the last minute. I could have perfected the kids and the bikes more, but I do like the final product. I modeled the painting off one of the limited edition posters for the show.
